Kickenbach is one of the original cottages in the village - fully renovated by the current owners. This classic, modernised beach house is located within an easy 100 metre stroll to the middle beach at Hyams, as well as the Hyams Beach Cafe. Kickenbach offers the best of indoor/outdoor living. Relax inside the large open plan living spaces or entertain on the enclosed full length, east facing verandah. Please note also that Kickenbach has no off street parking due to its location.
Kickenbach is for a maximum of 4 adults only. If you book for more adults without written permission from the owner or The Holidays Collection, you will be asked to leave.

The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge open up to the large deck that runs the full length of the house, facing east towards Hyams Beach. You get some bay view as well! With floorboards throughout, modern appliances and the latest in entertainment technology, Kickenbach is the best of old and new, in a great location.
